1. VEHIR is only liable for product loss or damage in the following circumstances:

● The product is owned by VEHIR.

● The product is en route during transportation handled by VEHIR.

2. In principle,VEHIR only assumes responsibility for repairing malfunctions of the products sold, and assumes no responsibility for the following, including but not limited to:

● Amounts exceeding the actual purchase price;

● Any costs and expenses related to obtaining substitute goods, technology, services, or rights;

● Data corruption or loss;

● Losses or expenses caused by interruption or delay in use;

● Damage to third-party products caused by the installation, maintenance, or disassembly of the product;

3. Our products are only for assisting and supporting driving, and do not constitute a complete or partial substitute for or dominance of driving behavior. We are not responsible for traffic accidents, disputes, property damage, or compensation arising from vehicles (such as automobiles) where our products are installed.
