Other Things To Note

1. Customers must return the product for repair. Upon receiving the problematic product, The VEHIR after-sales service center will conduct a fault test to determine responsibility. If the problem is due to a quality defect in the product itself, VEHIR will be responsible for the testing fees, material costs, labor costs, and shipping costs.

 

2. If the product does not meet the free repair criteria after testing, you can choose paid repair or return the original device.

 

3. If the product's problem is not covered by the warranty, we will charge the corresponding replacement parts fee, testing fee, labor fee, and express delivery fee, etc., depending on the specific problem.

 

4. Please note that product repair may reset the personalized settings of the returned product and restore it to factory settings.

 

5. If the delivery address you provided is incorrect, or the recipient refuses to accept the package, you will be responsible for any resulting losses.

 

6. If we are unable to contact you through your registered contact information for an extended period, and the package is undeliverable or refused and returned to VEHIR, VEHIR will store it free of charge for 15 days from the last date we contacted you/the date the package was returned to VEHIR, and a paid storage fee will be calculated from the end of the free storage period. The paid storage fee is 100 RMB per day. When the storage fee equals the remaining value of the product, VEHIR reserves the right to dispose of the product (remaining value calculation method: Remaining value = Original selling price - Repair cost).

 

7. Returning products across countries/regions requires prior consent from VEHIR, and all customs clearance procedures and related costs (including customs duties) are to be borne by you.

 

8. To ensure your rights, please check the product for damage (whether caused by logistics, etc.) upon receipt. If any abnormalities are found, please report them to us within 24 hours of receipt; otherwise, it will be considered that you have accepted the product as undamaged and functioning normally.
