Return/Exchange Service

1. Return Service: Within 7 days (inclusive) of the initial purchase date, if the purchased product experiences a performance failure, and the product packaging, accessories, gifts, and instruction manual are intact, and VEHIR confirms the problem is caused by the product itself, the customer can choose to return, exchange, or receive free repair.

 

2. Exchange Service: Within 30 days (inclusive) of the initial purchase date, if the purchased product experiences a performance failure, and VEHIR confirms the problem is caused by the product itself, the customer can choose to exchange or receive free repair. If you choose to exchange the product, VEHIR will replace it with the same model and specifications free of charge. If the same model and specifications of product or accessories are discontinued, we will replace it with products or accessories that have performance no less than the original.

 

Special Note: Unless otherwise specified, product returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the direct seller, and all accompanying items and packaging should be returned together.
