Warranty period

1. The product is covered by a one-year warranty. In the event of a conflict with local laws and regulations, the relevant local regulations and policies will apply. Accessories and premium items such as light strips, power supplies, cables, mounting brackets, and other accessories are covered by a 3-month warranty. Warranty terms for special products are subject to the specific sales contract. Gifts are not covered under warranty.

 

2. Warranty Start Date: For products purchased through VEHIR or authorized dealers and distributors, the warranty period begins from the purchase date indicated on the invoice/sales contract. Otherwise, the warranty period begins from the date of shipment of the product manufactured by VEHIR.

 

3. Warranty Certificate: A clear, complete, and accurate sales invoice is your proof of entitlement to warranty service. When purchasing the product, please obtain and keep a fully completed sales invoice from the seller. Invoices that do not match the actual product, are altered, or are illegible are considered invalid warranty certificates.

 

4. The warranty period will not be affected by product resale, repair, or replacement. However, repaired or replaced equipment is guaranteed for the remaining period of the original warranty, or three months from the date the repaired or replaced part is shipped from VEHIR, whichever is longer.

 

5. Repaired or replaced parts are also covered by a 3-month warranty. Free repair service is available for quality issues within the warranty period.
