VEHIR and Shaanxi Automobile Zhizi Automotive Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

In April, VEHIR and Shaanxi Automobile Zhizi Automotive held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Wuhan. Representatives from both Zhizi Automotive and VEHIR attended the event. The two parties conducted in-depth discussions on the application of infrared sensing technology in commercial vehicle nighttime safety, intelligent cockpits, and autonomous driving in specific scenarios, reaching broad consensus on joint technology development and supply chain collaboration.

As a pioneer in the new energy and intelligent transformation of China's commercial vehicle industry, Zhizi Automotive has consistently led the sector in areas such as new energy heavy-duty trucks and intelligent connected commercial vehicles, backed by strong technical expertise, an outstanding product portfolio, and a well-established supply chain, earning high recognition from both the market and customers. VEHIR's far-infrared technology effectively addresses key perception challenges faced by commercial vehicles in complex road conditions such as darkness, fog, and intense glare, aligning closely with Zhizi Automotive's strategic goal of developing highly safe, new energy intelligent vehicles. This partnership will leverage the technological, industrial, and market strengths of both sides to jointly promote the large-scale adoption of infrared thermal imaging technology in the commercial vehicle front-loading market, delivering more competitive, intelligent, and high-safety products to users.

In the future, the two companies will work together to accelerate the large-scale deployment of infrared sensing technology in the commercial vehicle sector, injecting high-quality and sustainable momentum into the intelligent commercial vehicle industry.
