Infrared Detector Full In-House Development Capability

VEHIR has achieved complete self-reliance and control over the entire process of infrared detectors, from chip design and wafer manufacturing to device packaging.

 

We do not rely on external core components. Through our self-developed high-resolution, low-power infrared detectors, we provide more stable and accurate thermal imaging perception capabilities for automotive scenarios, completely breaking the foreign technology monopoly and ensuring the security and controllability of core technologies.

 

Wafer-level PLCC packaging process

We employ industry-leading wafer-level PLCC packaging technology, significantly improving the integration and reliability of infrared detectors.

 

Compared to traditional packaging, this technology effectively reduces device size, improves heat dissipation efficiency and anti-interference capabilities, while significantly optimizing production yield and cost structure, providing a solid guarantee for the large-scale mass production and automotive-grade quality of automotive infrared products.

AI-ISP Technology

By using AI-driven image signal processing technology, noise reduction, enhancement, and detail restoration are performed on raw infrared images, significantly improving image clarity and contrast, allowing drivers to clearly perceive road conditions even under low-quality imaging conditions.

AI Super Resolution

By using deep learning algorithms, low-resolution infrared images can be intelligently reconstructed into high-resolution images, significantly improving target recognition accuracy and detail without increasing hardware costs, achieving "small chip, large field of view".

Image Segmentation & Rendering
